1. Dispatch of Study Material

• All physical study materials will be dispatched within 7–10 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• In case of digital study materials (e-books, PDFs, access to online portals), access will be granted within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeline

• For physical study material: Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days depending on the shipping address, courier partner, and local service availability.
• For remote or rural areas, delivery timelines may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at the time of checkout/payment.
• For certain programs, complimentary shipping may be offered as part of the course fee.

4. Tracking of Shipment

• Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with the registered email/mobile number.
• Students can track the status of their shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
• The institute will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at the time of enrollment.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we provide shipping only within India.
• For international students, study materials will be shared in digital format only.

7. Non-Delivery / Delayed Delivery

• In case of non-delivery or unusual delay, students are requested to contact our support team at [insert email/phone] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

8. Damaged or Missing Material

• If the received study material is damaged or incomplete, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receipt at [insert email/phone] along with clear pictures for verification.
• Replacement will be initiated after verification at no additional cost.
