Refund Policy

At the Indian Institute of Life Skills (IILS), we are committed to providing transformative learning experiences and high-quality programs designed for personal and professional growth. We understand that circumstances may change, and participants may seek a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are applicable.

  1. Applicability

This Refund Policy applies to all programs, workshops, courses, certifications, and assessment tools offered by IILS, whether conducted online or offline.

  1. Refund Eligibility
  2. Before Program Commencement
  • Full Refund: If a participant withdraws within 7 days of enrollment and at least 7 days before the program start date, 100% of the fee (after deducting applicable taxes and processing charges) will be refunded.
  • Partial Refund: If withdrawal is requested less than 7 days before the program start date, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  1. After Program Commencement
  • No Refund: Once a program has started, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.
  • Exceptional Cases: Partial refunds (up to 25%) may be considered in cases of medical emergencies, relocation, or other unavoidable situations, subject to approval by IILS management. Valid documentary proof must be submitted.
  1. Life Assessment Tool
  • Strictly Non-Refundable: Once the Life Assessment Tool has been initiated, the payment is non-refundable, regardless of completion status. This is due to the personalized and immediate nature of the assessment service.
  1. Program Cancellation by IILS
  • If a program is canceled or rescheduled by IILS, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost.
  1. Non-Refundable Components
  • Registration fees, admission charges, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
  • Any taxes, bank charges, or third-party payment gateway fees incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.
  1. Refund Process
  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@iils.org (or official email).
  • Refunds will be processed within 15–21 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
  1. Transfer & Substitution
  • In lieu of a refund, participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch of the same program.
  • Alternatively, participants may nominate a substitute candidate before the program start date, subject to approval by IILS.
  1. Disputes & Final Decision
  • All disputes related to refunds will be governed by the laws of India.
  • The decision of IILS management shall be final and binding in all refund-related matters.
